Refund policy
Exchange first — it's free. Wrong size? We'll exchange it at no cost: reverse
pickup from your door, the new size shipped from our factory. One free size
exchange per item. Most "returns" are size issues, and our [Size & Fit
Guide](/pages/size-guide) plus free hemming-to-length exist so you rarely need
even that.
Window. Request your exchange or return within 7 days of delivery —
email support@lncwear.com or WhatsApp us with your order number. Requests
after 7 days can't be accepted.
Condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and original
packaging. Every returned item is inspected at our Delhi factory before an
exchange ships or a refund is issued. Items that come back worn, washed,
altered, or without tags are sent back to you and the request is closed.
Refunds. If you'd rather have a refund than an exchange:
- Prepaid orders — refunded to your original payment method within 7
business days of the item passing inspection.
- Cash on Delivery orders — refunded by bank transfer / UPI within 7
business days of inspection. A ₹100 reverse-shipping fee is deducted from
COD refunds. Exchanges carry no fee.
Damaged, defective or wrong item. Rare, but it happens. Email or WhatsApp us
within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a **video of the
package being opened** — this is what lets us claim against the courier and
resolve your case same-day. Verified cases get a free replacement or a full
refund including shipping, your choice. Without an unboxing video we'll still
help, but resolution may take longer and is at our discretion.
Not returnable.
- Made-to-measure / bespoke garments — cut for your measurements alone; they
can be adjusted (we'll re-fit within reason) but not returned.
- Items bought with a clearly marked final-sale discount.
How the pickup works. Once your request is approved we schedule a Delhivery
reverse pickup from your address — you don't ship anything yourself and you
never pay a courier out of pocket. Where reverse pickup isn't serviceable,
we'll ask you to ship to: 6346 Netaji Gali, Seelampur, Shahdara, Delhi 110031,
and we'll credit ₹100 toward your shipping.
Repeat returns. We're a small factory selling at factory prices, and we
reserve the right to decline COD service or returns for accounts with an
unusual return pattern. Genuine size problems are always taken care of — that's
what the free exchange is for.
